- She has to carry the hotline number.
- She has to Meet and greet clients make and receive phone calls
- She has to maintain a record of all the caller lists.
- She has to answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
- She has to Promote goodwill by being courteous, a friendly attitude with guests, colleagues, and others.
- She has to Converse fluently in English to welcome, guiding, and handling the office employee regarding any office-related issues.
- She has to Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
She has to assist clients in finding their way around the office. - She has to Maintain security by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor ID Cards.
- She has to maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with rules, and regulations.
