A vertically integrated 100% export-oriented knit composite manufacturer company is looking for a dynamic & highly potential professional as a Merchandiser who has experience in weaving.
Job Position: Merchandiser/ Sr. Merchandiser
Responsibilities of BDjobs Garments Textile
- He has to work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trim accessories and fabrics’ in-house status.
- He is Experience in Knit Garments Factory Production Planning of Knit Garments orders, Small extent orders, more than one fashion, and PO (Purchase Order)
- He must have good Knowledge in TNA Planning of Fabric Delivery, Cutting Plan, Sewing Line loading Plan, Finishing Plan, and do weekly Final Inspection Schedule.
- PP Meeting and Production and following up day-by-day Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing for on-time inspection and shipment
- Work with in-house and Subcontract print and wash factories for on-time sending and receiving layout to maintain stitching and Finishing Floor running.
- TNA Plan holds of Daily Print Plan, Embroidery Plan, and Wash Plan, to make sure well-timed items are manufactured and end to meet the inspection schedule.
- Follow up with service provider Supply chain and Material Check-List to make sure well-timed stitching and Finishing Plan for easy cargo plan.
- Daily comply with up with Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing +QA & GPQ Team to make sure rapid Test Cutting, Bulk Size Set, Pilot run, and First Bulk output, to align bulk stitching and Finishing with required cargo date meet production.
- Work with administration to overcome bottlenecks in manufacturing planning.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
- BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get a preference
- Preferred Professional Certification: if any
- Training/ Trade Course: if any

Additional Requirements
- Age at most 50 years

- Should have a strong connection with the local and overseas suppliers and be capable of sourcing new suppliers.
