- He/ She has to understand the market trend and initiate a product plan that sets new trends.
- He has to Lead concept development and 3d modeling for new product designs.
- He has to lead and direct the team for new product samples and modifications.
- He/ She has to prepare product profiles like Bill of Materials (BoM), working drawings, boring plans, assembly drawings, etc.
- He/ She has to Support the production team to manufacture products.
- Any other activities as and when required by the Management of Navana Group of company.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Fine Arts/ Wood Technology
