- He has to Prepare daily sales Reports and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- He has to Achieve Company objectives along with Dealer & retail coverage, territory volume, and value target through the Company sales force, distributors monitoring, and ensuring lifting according to plan.
- He has to Gap analysis and takes corrective action to overcome the challenges.
- He has to Identify new distributors and dealers in assigned areas.
- He has to Create Strong Distribution channels; Motivate the Distributors & Sales personnel: And ensure the highest level of Customer Service.
- He has to train and develop the sales team and resolve the problems faced by team members.

- He has to Seek and continuously develop his own product knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communication.
