Post Name: Executive/ Senior Executive (Formulation)
Job Responsibilities of ONE Pharma Job Circular
- He has to do Pre- formulation study and Recipe preparation for product registration.
- He has to Prepare product Formula Product specifications according to dosage form following the product brief.
- He has to prepare the required protocols (Compatibility study, stability study) for the assigned project.
- He has to Prepare the Batch manufacturing record & Batch packaging record for the commercial production of the respective product.
- He has to Perform process validation in the production, preparation, and closing of the process validation batch.
- Has good understanding and knowledge of calibration and record-keeping of PD Equipment/Machines.
- He has to develop a formulation laboratory and an analytical laboratory (research lab) from its initial stage under the supervision of the Head of PD.
- He has to be Responsible for ensuring that all data generated accurately, clearly & truthful, must be fully documented and recorded in specific formats, log books & registers.
- He will be responsible for ensuring the CGMP, GLP( Good Laboratory Practice), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.
- He will be Responsible for ensuring that all written procedure is strictly followed and that all formats, logbooks, register, checklists, and other documentation papers for all activities during the working period are properly maintained and recorded.
- He will be responsible for preparing all work-related SOP, and specifications.
- He will be responsible for carrying out any other duties as and when assigned by the Head of Product Development or by the Management.
- He will be responsible for training your junior colleagues as per CGPMP & GLP, and any other tasks as and when required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy
- M.Pharm Is Preferable.
- Skills Required: Formulation, Production, QA activity
Job Experiences
- 2-6 years of experience are needed
- The applicants should have experience in the following sectors: Pharmaceutical Production
