Responsibilities of the Concord Group Job -Manager (Operation)

• Take full ownership of daily operations across the entire Sea World and Foy’s Lake Complex, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all facilities and services.

• Supervise team performance closely, ensuring all assigned employees meet their tasks and responsibilities within expected timelines and standards.

• Oversee all hospitality functions, including restaurants, canteens, hotel accommodations, bungalows, kiosks, stores, and kitchen areas—maintaining top-tier hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

• Manage the seamless functionality of all park attractions such as rides, boats, generators, and kiosks, with a proactive approach to regular inspection and maintenance.

• Implement and monitor stringent safety protocols for rides, boats, and mechanical equipment to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff.

• Regularly review feedback from the Visitors Comment Register and take initiative in responding to concerns, ideas, or suggestions. Engage personally with guests to gain insights into their experiences and satisfaction levels.

• Ensure strict adherence to the park’s operational policies and procedures by all departments and staff members.

• Liaise effectively with relevant government, semi-government, and private organizations to address regulatory matters, partnerships, and operational needs.

• Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and hygienic environment across all operational zones of the park.

• Work closely with the FLC management team to uphold and enhance park security and safety for all visitors and employees.

• Monitor staff punctuality and attendance to ensure discipline and workflow efficiency.

• Supervise the staff canteen to guarantee food safety, cleanliness, and service quality for all employees.

• Maintain detailed logs and checklists for all operational assets—including rides, boats, machinery, and generators—to streamline upkeep, repairs, and inspections.

• Ensure all operational licenses, permits, and government certifications are secured and renewed in a timely manner as per regulatory requirements.

• Foster a positive work culture by regularly motivating staff, acknowledging their contributions, and maintaining open communication to boost team morale and commitment.

Education: Bachelor’s/Honours
