Responsibilities of Square Food & Beverage Ltd. Job Circular

• He has to monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials in alignment with the sales forecast.
• He has to raise Material Requisitions (MR) to the procurement team based on the current inventory status.
• He must ensure adherence to minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid both overstocking and stockouts.
• He has to coordinate with the SCD team to ensure the timely availability of materials, regularly update the BOM and consumption data, and monitor usage variances for both cost and quantity accuracy.
• He must ensure proper product identification and quantity accuracy during material picking and transfers.
• He has to follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles during loading to maintain product freshness.
• He has to coordinate with store personnel to verify that the correct items and quantities are loaded.
