- Drive secondary sales target and KPI’s of the assigned territory
- Drive visi cooler execution by ensuring cold stock availability and visi purity
- Ensure same store growth by increasing SKU count
- Ensure proper trade schemes execution
- Maximize buyers and add outlets to increase distribution
- Maintain stock and ware house as per norms
- Conduct regular Work With PSR , One to One & training
- Monitor & coach PSR performance using the data from TSB/Dashboard and Durbin
- Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
Education and Other Qualifications:
- BBA/ MBA/ Graduation from Reputed Universities
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales.
- Preference will be given to experience in Food (Packaged)/Beverage business, Manufacturing (FMCG) and MNCs.
- Proficiency in English and Computer literacy (MS Office) is mandatory
- Must be Result Driven, Strong analytical ability, excellent negotiation skills, Learning agile and Team Player
- Age must be within 35
