- Receive visitors, guests, customers, or their representatives and attend as required.
- Handle phone calls incoming/outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
- Receive documents, parcels, and letters and pass them to the proper persons with proper records.
- Ensure the front desk is clean and presentable.
- Responsible to keep all types of records relating to the Front Desk.
- Support the admin department properly.
- Maintain office safety & security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by the supervisor.
