Job Responsibilities

  • Overall Front Desk Management.
  • Welcome visitors, keep their details, and handle them in a professional manner.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized in a perfect manner.
  • Skilled enough on Microsoft Outlook & Web Browsing.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or electronic form.
  • Ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • The answer, analysis, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Keep updated records of office visitors and visitors related work.
  • Any other job assign by the management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 28 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum Height: 5′.4″
  • Must have good communication skill

  • Fluency in communications both in English and Bangla
